Refund and returns policy
Seville Estate will replace damaged or broken bottles at no charge upon receipt of proof of damage, proof of damage will be accepted via a photo emailed to email@example.com
Delivery service is provided by Australia Post eParcel and is normally completed with 5 days of placing the order.
If Australia Post damage stock in transit they will notify Seville Estate and return stock to the winery which will then be resent as fresh stock, please note this will delay delivery.
Seville Estate does not refund for damaged or missing wine or merchandise; replacement policy only.
Seville Estate will not share or divulge any personal information provided to any other person or organization.
Terms and conditions
By placing an order at the Seville Estate’s online store you are accepting that your credit card will be charged for the purchase of wine or merchandise as per the prices displayed.
All endeavours are made to keep the website up to date, however vintage changes may result in product being supplied from a different vintage year.
