Get Your Hands Dirty
We are delighted to announce that we have joined up with market-leading company, Wine Experientials, to provide an opportunity for people to get their hands dirty in the winery and in the vineyard – under our personal tuition. Aimed both at corporate entertainment/relationship-building and private wine enthusiasts, Wine Experientials offers a variety of opportunities to join us and learn about the art and science of growing grapes and making wine. The annual Shortest Lunch food and wine festival will be held on the 19th and 20th June. Seville Estate will be serving chinese spiced duck with scallops on potato salad with sweet wasabi dressing. Celebrate spring in the Yarra Valley at Shedfest on October 9 & 10, 2010. Enjoy two days of touring the all wineries along the Warburton Highway, located on the southern side of the Yarra Valley. Beneath each roof there is plenty of entertainment, food and wine to enjoy.
