Seville Estate Vineyards reserves the right to amend prices without notice.
Prices and specials in our Cellar Door, retail outlets, and those available online may not necessarily be the same.
All products are sold subject to their availability. Promotional items may be limited as to quantity, we are not responsible for our inability to supply products that are sold out.
All endeavours are made to keep the website up to date, however vintage changes may result in product being supplied from a different vintage year.

Seville Estate Vineyards will take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorised entry into the Seville Estate Vineyards database. We will not be liable for any loss to a customer where a third party has gained unauthorised access to customer information held by Seville Estate Vineyards.
The measures Seville Estate Vineyards uses to keep customers information secure are;
The encryption transfer of personal data placed on the website by the customer.
Once the customers personal data is received it will be stored on a secure server protected by firewall to try and prevent unauthorized access from the internet.
Seville Estate Vineyards will not be responsible for any loss, cost or expenses either directly or indirectly incurred by a customer or as a result of a customer using the website. The customer uses the website and the online forms at the customers risk.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Seville Estate will replace damaged or broken bottles at no charge upon receipt of proof of damage, proof of damage will be accepted via a photo emailed to wine@sevilleestate.com.au.
Delivery service is provided by Australia Post eParcel and is normally completed with 5 days of placing the order.
If Australia Post damage stock in transit they will notify Seville Estate and return stock to the winery which will then be resent as fresh stock, please note this will delay delivery.
Seville Estate does not refund for damaged or missing wine or merchandise; replacement policy only.
